Strategic Operating Partner

You didn't start this business to run every piece of it yourself.

I'm Rose Dalrymple, the operator in your pocket for growth-stage founders who are ready to stop being the bottleneck.

The symptoms

Sound
familiar?

Growth changes what your business needs. What got you here won't create what's next.

  • 01Your leadership meeting is a status update everyone secretly dreads
  • 02Everyone is busy, but nothing gets across the finish line.
  • 03The plan is set. You're still the one pushing it forward
  • 04You know the numbers should be better, but the path isn't clear
  • 05Your people have potential, but being busy keeps winning.
You've been playing without a scoreboard. Let's fix that.

Strategy has to reach the work.

A vision is not a plan. A plan is not a rhythm. Most founders have the first two, and are missing the third: the operating rhythm that turns strategy into daily work, and daily work into results everyone can see.

Three ways in

01

Next-Level Operations Leader

Developing the leader your growth requires

You've got the right person in the seat. They just need to grow into leading at the next level, and sometimes that person is you. This is for the leader who's capable but stretched, and needs someone in their corner to build the confidence, the accountability and the decision-making that leading at this level really takes.

02

Operational Rhythm Partnership

Installing the bridge between vision and execution

You've got a strong strategy. What's missing is alignment, accountability and consistency across the team. This is for the business that knows where it's going but needs the rhythm that carries the strategy through everyone, so execution stops being hit or miss.

03

Fractional COO

Strategic operational leadership embedded in your business

You need an experienced operator embedded in the business, someone to help lead, drive execution, and build the systems that let it all run without you in the middle of it. This is the deepest way we work together. I step in as your fractional COO and take ownership of the operational side alongside you.

Not sure which one you need? That’s what the Flow State Design Session is for. We’ll figure it out together.

Six stages, one continuous golden thread. It doesn’t stop at Results. It loops straight into your next growth target.

The framework

The Results Engine: strategy and focus, measures, activities, culture and DNA, install rhythm, results

Rose runs this rhythm live with her clients. Not a slide. A weekly practice.

Meet Rose

Hi, I'm Rose.

Fifteen years inside operations taught me that the difference between a company that scales and one that spins is rarely talent. It's rhythm, ownership and the willingness to look at the process before blaming the person.

I've led hundreds of employees across dozens of operations, supported acquisitions, and turned around businesses that looked past saving. I bring that operating muscle to founders who are ready for their company to run without them holding every thread.

Testimonials

Rose has the gift of being an incredible operational mind and leader, and a supportive, kind, nurturing human, at the same time. In my decades of working with teams, most people are one or the other. Rose is both, and excels equally in each role.

Before you book

01

What is a Flow State Design Session?

A focused session where we look at your results engine as it actually runs today, and map exactly where the rhythm is breaking down.

02

How do I know something needs to change?

When you see “Leadership Meeting” on your calendar, and you'd rather hang out with your worst cousin. Yeah... It's probably time.

03

How is this different from hiring a COO?

You get senior operating leadership now, while building clarity on what your company needs next, without rushing into a full-time COO hire.

04

The seats are filled. Where are the results?

We find what's off: people, process, or profit, and fix what's getting in the way.

05

What size company is a fit?

Growth-stage, $2M to $15M+ in revenue, 5 to 300 people.
